Clean Fuels: E85 Retailer Information
E85 fuel is a blend of 85% ethanol and just 15% petroleum that is designed for use in flexible fuel vehicles or FFVs. As gasoline prices rise, more and more consumers are looking for alternatives. The need to reduce our demand for petroleum imports, the ability to support our own local economy and the desire to use a cleaner burning, high performance fuel combined with the increasing availability of FFVs has created a demand for E85 fuel.
Assistance may be available for service stations installing equipment or converting existing equipment for dispensing E85 fuel to FFVs.
