Executive Order 141
On March 1st, 2006 Governor Jim Doyle signed Executive Order #141, directing state agencies to reduce petroleum use, identify flex-fuel vehicles in the State's fleet, educate state employees about renewable fuel station locations, and use renewable fuels when operating flex-fuel and diesel vehicles. The executive order also directs the state to pursue new public renewable fueling facilities.
