The marks appearing on this website including, but not limited to: (i) E85; and (ii) Clean Air Choice and their respective logos, emblems, slogans; are trademarks and/or service marks of American Lung Association of Minnesota and Minnesota Corn Growers Association.

The logos are trademarked in order to protect it from misuse. The law requires the owner to protect a trademark from breach of guidelines. The Minnesota Corn Growers Association developed the E85 logo in the 1990s and they now maintain its trademark for the free and proper use by any and all ways. The trademark owner receives exclusive nationwide ownership of the mark.
