SUMMARY:Upper Midwest Convivence Store and Energy Convention
DESCRIPTION:Upper Midwest Convenience Store and Energy Convention (UMCS) is a joint venture between Fueling Minnesota and the FUELIowa trade associations consisting members in the states of Minnesota and Iowa. These members operate more than 3600 locations and many different types of businesses such as convenience stores\, restaurants\, car washes\, tire\, battery and accessories in addition to commercial\, agricultural and home heating accounts. \nExhibitors include companies who provide goods and services to the petroleum and convenience store industry. Petroleum equipment\, computer software\, cash registers\, car washes\, food and beverage products\, and c-store equipment will be at the UMCS 2024 Convention and Trade Show. Monday kicks off the day with a variety of educational workshops. \nMinnesota Clean Cities Coalition\, hosted within American Lung Association\, is a resource for retailers\, producers\, and other stakeholders working to expand the availability and use of ethanol\, biodiesel and other alternative fuels and clean vehicle technologies. Hopefully\, this will cause many Minnesota families to shift to driving electric. \nJoin us to hear an update on the used EV market\, from owner Pavel Ihnatovich\, who has been selling used EVs at his dealership GS Motors in Hopkins for nearly a decade. Hundreds of people have started their EV journey with Pavel\, so we are happy that he has invited us to his shop to chat about the topic.
