The Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) Reduction of Truck Emissions at Port Facilities (RTEPF) Grant Program is currently accepting applications. The program has $160 million in funding available to reduce truck idling, congestion, and emissions at ports, including through the advancement of port electrification.
Applications must be submitted electronically through Grants.gov no later than July 26, 2023. Eligible applicants include state and local governments, planning and project organizations, transportation providers and operators, and private sector organizations.
