Join the Sierra Club North Star Chapter and partners for a workshop and direct look at EVs and how to use them. This free event, open to everyone, will consist of two parts, the workshop on Thursday, July 30 and a hands-on experience with a DC fast charger on Thursday, August 6.
The workshop will cover three main topics:
• What to consider when purchasing an EV
• How to charge for daily use, how to use DC fast chargers
• How to plan for road trips
The workshop will be hosted at the Sierra Club in St Paul with a Zoom meeting for those unable to attend in person.
As an EV owner since 2017, the workshop instructor Stu Henry is a member of Drive Electric Minnesota and MN EV Owners, and an experienced advocate for EVs.
