Evie Carshare is expanding in the East Side! Throughout the summer, Vivian will be offering free rides in the neighborhood. Residents can sign up once per month for a free ride to anywhere on the East Side.
Community Expectations
- Participants must be 18 or older and may bring up to two guests.
- Participants must live in or be picked up within the Payne-Phalen neighborhood.
- Drop-off destinations must be within the East Side expansion area (Green, Blue, Purple, or Pink zones on the map).
- Vivian will do her best to arrive on time; please understand that traffic and distance may cause delays.
- No open food or drink is allowed; closed water bottles are permitted.
