MnDOT expects to launch the Request for Proposal for round 3a of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Program in Minnesota in late August, making $41.8 Million in funding available for up to 74 eligible clusters.
In preparation for the launch, you can:
• Find your team on the Fast-Charging Interested Partners List or add it here.
• Talk to your electric utility & start working on the Utility Coordination Form.
• Attend the July 28 informational webinar from 10-11 a.m.

NEVI gives states the funding to build a fast-charging network for EVs nationwide and funding must initially be used to install direct current fast chargers. Kwik Trip and Francis Energy Charging opened 6 new EV charging stations this summer with previous NEVI in Minnesota funding!
