The 2026-2027 FTA Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Capital Grant for the Greater Minnesota Regional Transportation Coordinating Councils Grant provides financial assistance and technical support for mobility management. Greater Minnesota is defined as the counties outside the seven county Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. Eligible grant sub-recipients are current Regional Transportation Coordinating Councils (RTCC) in Greater Minnesota who currently are a sub-recipient in good standing with MnDOT or a region that has completed the initial planning phase of a Regional Transportation Coordinating Council grant.
