The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is now accepting applications for the AGRI Biofuels Infrastructure Program, offering up to $4.7 million in matching funds to help Minnesota fuel retailers upgrade equipment to offer E15 (15% ethanol) and higher blends.

Eligible retailers may request $5,000 to $199,000 per project and must provide at least a 35% cash match. Funding supports equipment, installation, and construction costs related to upgrading fuel infrastructure.

Applications are due 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
